Dear fellow Searcy High School Class of 1957 classmates and friends

A few minutes ago, I just a phone call from Ruby Brandon Smith. She told me that Billy Roy Floyd had passed away earlier today. Like so many of our SHS classmates who have gone on before us, we will truly miss him. Ruby and Verna are in the process of providing a flower display to be sent to the Floyd family and placing "SHS Class of 1957" on the card. Let us keep the Floyd family in our thoughts and prayers.

This is me and my sister, Ann. She was in the class of 58 and I was class of 61.

FROM THE MAILBAG

I’ve been a bad boy. I’ve gotten these nice submissions and haven’t yet posted them. I’ll try to correct this over the next few days. I mean, I’ve got reunion photos you haven’t seen yet, etc.

And then there’s Don Thompson. I swear, I think he has a virtual tent pitched in the virtual eBay community. He sends us these postcards from Searcy -- 99 years ago (1908, for those of you who flunked math).
